Recommended : If you are looking to bulk up and gain muscle / Weight.


Workout in the Morning

Does not depend on your schedule and you can be more regular.

Gives a good high metabolic start to the day.

  • Issue:

Getting up early.

Energy levels will be lower as you would not have eaten for the last 10 hours.

Recommended: If you are looking to loose weight and are more inclined on Cardio than lifting.
